A simple exercise to help your breasts' perkiness:
You'll need something like a block of sturdy polystyrene you might have as packaging in a product. Say 12=15 inches wide and solid enough to use. What you need to do is hold it up chest level and squeeze it using about two thirds of your strength, hold for a about 10 seconds. Repeat at waist level. Don't overdo it, just a few times. It's more doing it daily 2-3 times. The muscles you can feel as you do the exercise are the same muscles that help support your breasts naturally :-) It will take time but the muscles will strengthen!
