Yes, I like to view the stories as .pdf files and I choose the read out loud option which is available in windows 7. I plug in my earphones, lay back on my bed, close my eyes and let nature take it's course. I like the well written stories that are about 5-7 pages long.
I think that some people do not want to label their sexually because it would become a part of their self image and how others react to them.
