Browsing profiles I seem to come across an amazing number of shemale pictures.
Is that only my personal impression or do you share my observation?

Of course I knew of shemales although I have never met any shemale being aware of his/her identity. Browsing profiles gives me the impression that there are by far more shemales then I thought there were.

Concerning myself, I cannot imagine ever to post a picture of myself. Why?

I absolutely agree with dwn4u, using somebody else's picture in an avatar would be fraud, unless it's obvious that the user obviously has no intention to appear as an impostor. I.e. using an image of batman, James Bond or Tarzan would not give me the impression that he/she claims to be the person on the picture. However I hate fake profiles.
