It depends on other "activities", but usually at least once. Sometimes in the morning, either right after waking up or in the shower even. Sometimes when I get off work, if I am feeling really horny. Usually at night though, before bed...but that depends on those other "activities". sometimes it is several times a day, just depends. But I do usually get in at least once a day.

Sometimes in the middle of the day

And often at night to make myself go to sleep...

Chances are, it could also stirr my HUbby and we start of with a morning fuck.
The mid day may come and remind me of the morning so I go at it myself.
Then the night may be where I start things off again so he can finish me off.
