Ok, 64 isn't my age, it's just a number...seems people jump to that conclusion so clearing that up. I'm also not from, or in, Ireland though I am Irish. I like to keep it simple. If it feels good, do it. If you're curious, try it. If it's a touch out of your comfort zone, test yourself.
