A couple tricks to anal sex is 1) use lots of lube, 2) go very slow during initial penetration and stretching of the sphincter, and 3) maybe some prep before actual anal sex, such as using different size dildos or butt plugs, small to larger to stretch the sphincter a bit, or a finger then two then three. etc.
