For me, it's the feeling of the more than anything... just like art, what really 'floats your boat' so to speak might really work for others too - or it really won't. The middle ground doesn't quite induce such strong responses.
As quite a petite girl, I had to work up to it. With someone you love and trust (+ a little bit of alcohol and plenty of lubrication), playing around with that area can be very intense and sensual. But if it isn't your thing, then it simply isn't. Not everyone likes Picaso!
