I have been meditating for 5 years. From the beginning it was only meditation, and now I do yoga and drink teas every day (especially puer). I changed my worldview by 100%. The humans are emotional creatures, therefore yoga and meditation are what helps me to be restrained, calmly respond to stimuli and look at the situation from different angles. I also work out in the gym.
