Burnt cheese is awesome. Like the sides of Lasagna, the best part. It adds flavor, not just a cheese flavor but the caramelization of the sugars in the cheese add to the depth of flavor of the cheese.
Hell YES! Especially Nutella Gelato. When I was in Italy, I had to stop in every different Gelato shop to get some, couldn't pass it up. I also make a homemade icecream and sometimes use Nutella. Love the stuff.
Oatmeal Scotchies.They are like oatmeal raisin without the raisins and using butterscotch chips instead. And like everyone else said, cookies have to be hot/fresh baked and served with a tall glass of cold milk.
