I'm a virgin and it's not because I'm saving it for marriage. However, I don't want to just give it away so I'd say I'm "saving" it for someone I actually feel a connection to. Being a virgin doesn't necessarily make me inexperienced in sex. I've experimented a lot with my sexuality on my own. I know what turns me on and what I like. When I do have the opportunity to have sex with a guy, I'm not that worried because I know myself pretty well.
However, there are definitely lots of inexperienced virgins out there. I have friends who won't even say the word "masturbate". Some are virgins for religious values and others are like me and haven't had the opportunity to have sex.
I hope that it doesn't scare a guy away that I'm a virgin.
