I'm a "male" by birth, sissy for sex and know that I want more out of my sex life.  I prefer to give of myself and ensure my partner enjoys themselves.  I've not had same sex yet or trans sex yet but want to.  Bottom line for me is that sex is natural and good and we all should enjoy it.
