Cut looks aesthetically better and is cleaner so that's what I prefer especially since that's how I am.

Commando usually when at home wearing sweats, when out I like pouch style designer briefs.

I wear sweatpants most of the time as I work from home and it's more comfortable so most days not wearing underwear at all.

Most days, occasionally skip if really busy or tired, sometimes more than once a day so average... every day.
