Update:

Right this is probably going to annoy some but hey im a no BS kind of chap.

Can we ask the simple question of how one starts a conversation when most profiles start with do not pm me or send me a profile message? The open chat room seems so impersonal or it seems odd to mention a person you have never spoken to - Hey xxxx fancy a chat? thats just strange to me.

I tend to have this open in the background whilst working on either a design or spec so pm works better for me if im honest.

History - it would seem im interested in the construction and history of well just about everything of late ... cant quite put my finger on which parts i like most. Just what peaks my interest .

Cooking - It would seem this is my treat as my diet has been fairly boring day to day.

Whiskey - Im really trying to understand whiskey .. how do people taste the different flavours ...

To many people at the gym

People that dont just get on with their workout and sit looking at the phone.

People that lie on here for no reason .. why bother.. we can be adult about the entire thing. Lets be honest.. were not ever going to meet. Lets just enjoy the conversation .

To be honest I didn't realise how much more there was to this site. Hence the join. Id say I'm not looking for anything really as I'm married I'm Just a standard guy who works a lot, reads a lot, gyms abit, mind seems to always be on the go and always thinking of what else might spark an interest. My wife knows that my sex drive is way higher than hers and is fine with me reading and exploring.

Completely understand that being married is a no go for 99% of women and thats fine. I, much like other married members are not looking for love just a conversation alot of the time. I work away which is probably why i pop in here on the odd occasion.

Standard kind of stuff. Likes to travel (liked- seems like thats all i do of late), doesn't like football, enjoys red wine, whiskey, I enjoy seeing what other profiles say.. some put so much effort in - others... not so much

Anyways... Avid coffee drinker, early morning kinda chap that pops on here to check out stories and possibly a profile or two. Sarcastic at times so apologies for that
