I have written a few gay stories from a male point of view. The characters have all been extremely well-hung, cigar chomping macho man stereotypes, engaging in unsafe and painful sex, with an undertone of raw, sweaty savagery. I don't give the boys much beyond huge dicks, big muscles and abused assholes. It would be fun if a few of us writers got together, created a few characters and then just let our fantasies run wild. The boys create the girls and the girls create the boys, with sexism, homophobia and all manner of unacceptable behaviour given free rein.
Where did you find these fantastic looking women? I'm speechless with desire.

I love writing dialogue. It's fun giving characters lines that get them to the point where they're tearing each others clothes off, but who talks sense when they're actually fucking? At that point, lots of mmmmmmmmms, ohhhhhhhhss and screamed expletives are the only realistic option, unless one of your characters screams out the name of someone they shouldn't have, in order to advance the plot.
There are only so many ways to describe a big cock entering a wet pussy/ tight asshole/ willing mouth. For me, the turn on is the setting of the scene and the dialogue between characters. The build up of sexual tension and desire is often more exciting than the sex that transpires.
I wouldn't use Lulu. They do have a free option for self-publishing, but their business model is geared heavily towards getting authors to pay for publication.
I've already published with Excessica, but they seem to be snowed under with submissions at the moment. Smashwords is a good alternative. You can self-publish what you want, set the price, etc. Not a gateway to fame and fortune, but better than paying somebody to do what you can actually do yourself for free.
