I have always had a dominant personality for which I make no apologies, it is who I am. 

I appreciate the need to exert a firm hand when needed tho never mindless pain. Pain can be a powerful stimuli experienced correctly on various parts of the body.

I do like using blindfolds as besides taking away one of our senses it intensifies the others.
The mind should be well stimulated in the first place
