Both Stage (although not seen, but have the dvd where they filmed it one night and released) and Film version of 'The Phantom of the Opera'.
unfortunately, many emotional scenes in films can easily make me shed many a tear. Just watched on tv the other night, "Me, Earl & The Dying Girl" because nothing else on, and the ending just got to me, even though I knew what was coming.
Russell Brand - just hate the guy, so overrated with his 'fancy words' in order to make himself sound smarter than everyone else.
Ricky Gervais - just why does he exist? Seriously, I don't even find him at the least bit funny, and do you really need to laugh at your own jokes to try and mask some of the failed laughter you get in return.
Eva Green - slightly obsessed with her. That body. Those eyes. That slight accent in the tone of her voice.
Cuppa Tea. Milk with 1 spoon of sugar.
The web, although do often have the tv on in the background if somethings on I'm interested in but not serious about like sports and such, otherwise I may disconnect from the web for an hour or so to watch if some show I truly love, but great shows are getting rare nowadays.
Usually in bed on a night mostly before I go to sleep. But during the day, almost always sat at the computer, reading stories or watching a bit of porn.
I think people are different on why they only share some, and others share a lot. Some are more open about their lives, while others are very more secrative (maybe hiding it from family and work colleagues who may come across their account somehow).
Me personally, I share enough to make people a little curious but not enough to allow anyone into my life online quickly. A lot of that is due to being very open over the years in past to 'so-called friends' who went on to turn on me after discovering maybe how I looked, my disability, or more about my life, and going through that pain of being damaged by people you thought you trusted. Learning to regain that trust is a difficult, slow path once you've been burned.
It is difficult to judge some people though when they offer very little to go on from their profile and I guess for a lot it's trial and error with people.
Always loved the lyrics by Sarah McLachlan, but this one especially I always felt is quite meaningful and strong in the words.
"Dear God" by Sarah McLachlan
Dear God,
Hope you got the letter and
I pray you can make it better down here.
I don't mean a big reduction in the price of beer
But all the people that you made in your image,
See them starving on their feet
'Cause they don't get enough to eat
From God
I can't believe in you.
Dear God,
Sorry to disturb you, but
I feel that I should be heard loud and clear.
We all need a big reduction in the amount of tears
And all the people that you made in your image,
See them fighting in the street
'Cause they can't make opinions meet
About God,
I can't believe in you.
Did you make disease, and the diamond blue?
Did you make mankind after we made you?
And the devil too?!
Dear God,
Don't know if you noticed, but...
Your name is on a lot of quotes in this book,
Us crazy humans wrote it, you should take a look,
And all the people that you made in your image,
Still believing that junk is true
Well I know it ain't, and so do you
Dear God,
I can't believe in...
I don't believe in...
I won't believe in heaven and hell.
No saints, no sinners, no devil as well.
No pearly gates, no thorny crown.
You're always letting us humans down.
The wars you bring, the babes you drown.
Those lost at sea and never found,
And it's the same the whole world 'round.
The hurt I see helps to compound
That Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Is just somebody's unholy hoax
And if you're up there you'd perceive
That my heart's here upon my sleeve.
If there's one thing I don't believe in.....
It's you.....
Dear God.
