First off, if you've found your way here...thank you for stopping by! It feels odd to say that I appreciate it...but I do.

I found Lush many years ago and have been here off and on ever since. I've had several different profiles/accounts, but never really filled one out completely. I'll do my best this time around with what I hope is interesting. We'll see. Tell me what you think. As you'll see, I am married, but that's complicated. The marriage itself is a good one...just not always fulfilling. I'm guessing some of you understand that.

So, let's see. I love reading and writing, the outdoors, woodworking, movies, MUSIC (see what I did there with capitalizing? lol), exploring a flea market, auction, or antique mall, sports (watching, playing, and betting), traveling, vintage arcade games and pinball, board games, cocktails (usually a vodka martini straight-up with a twist or old fashioned, but I never turn down a drink with good company), laughter, and great conversation. I am a very sensory-oriented person. Sights, sounds, smells, textures...they impact me in ways that I can't fully explain. They transport me to the past, stimulate the present, and make me wonder about the future.

I thought about including lists here as well. All my likes. From movies, to books, to kinks...but instead I think I'll leave that for those of you out there interested... to uncover on your own. It starts with a message. I look forward to uncovering yours as well.
