Hearty breakfast today - before hitting the gym. Steel cut oats with chia seeds, flax seed, raisins, real maple syrup, nuts and almond milk.
Consistency with eating clean and exercising is the one thing that has kept my metabolism burning.
Also I ingest 1 tbsp of organic coconut oil per day - it supposedly helps with thyroid/metabolism.
