Both major injuries I have had both happened in the snow.
First time(and only time) skiing, I went to the top like an arrogant ass....got halfway before wiping, messing my knee up.
Sledding with family and some kids, I was dumb and managed to "land" on my ankle, making it roll under me, tearing everything that holds it together.
Doctor said I would have been better off breaking it.
Never broke a bone though, other than my little toe, from kicking a metal car bumper, while in steel-toe boots.
Steve Stricker.
I'm not really into Golf too much, but he's really really local, so I follow him when I can.
Merle Haggard - Just Stay Here and Drink
I get plenty happy when i'm drinking.
Not entirely sure why. Any shyness goes away and i'm friends with everyone while drinking.
I get a lot of crap for this, but:
Anything by:
Led Zeppelin ( can't stand Plants voice)
Pink Floyd ( it's just....bleh, all of it)
Rush (another voice I can't stand)
Steve Miller ( completely senseless music/lyrics )
I love my classic rock, just not them 4. There are some other classics that I don't like simply for the fact that i've had to hear them so much my whole life that I grew to hate them (Skynrd, Cheap Trick, that goddamn Frampton song, Wheel in the Sky and Lights are the worst Journey songs, yet they're played constantly).
Anything by Kid Rock ( cmon man, come up with your own tunes for once )
What pisses me off the most is this crap they've been trying to pass off as country music over the last decade. There isn't one single song on current country radio that isn't a "pop" song. I mean, Taylor Swift? Really? Country? I don't think so...not even close.
I'll stick with my Cash, Jennings, Nelson thank you.
Fuck you Nashville.
Jackyl - Dumbass Country Boy
Nope...but I haven't been here all that long really.
Even if someone did recognize me....oh well. I'm old enough to not really care
what they think.
Being woke up like that is great.
Can be quite interesting if you're in the middle of a dream....talk about getting derailed really quick.
Bit younger
A little TOO wild
Drink a lot
Truethfully....most arousing is when the person does the unexpected.
I used to play WoW, but after a few years, and having everything already, it got boring.
I used to play Diablo II, Unreal Tournament, Medal Of Honor, RTCW, Call of Duty (the first one), and others just for fun.
Totally lost interest now, WoW killed it for me, and so do the prices of games nowadays.
Text speak sucks period. Only when texting, nowhere else. Hell, I could care less if it was outlawed throughout the world.
Alabama - Tennessee River
Van Halen - Fair Warning
Waylon Jennings - I can't just pick one...I have about 50 albums worth......yeah.....
Lillian Axe - Love + War
Garth Brooks - No Fences
Best of Conway Twitty
Metallica.......And Justice For All (the whole album)
Her : "He went up north, come over here for the weekend"
Me : "Ok, let me get some clothes together first"
Her: "Hurry up. You don't really need clothes"
Beer: MGD, although I don't do beer very often anymore.
Only other things I drink anymore is Vodka or JD.
Used to live on Peppermint Schnaaps, straight, one liter bottle at a time.
Victim of Love - The Eagles
I have a hard time watching any newer (2005+) shows. Only a few I like. Most suck...maybe i'm just old.
Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball (in that order )
Married...With Children, All in the Family, Sanford & Son, and everything that USED to be on the History Channel, Discovery, and Science.
I refuse to watch reality shows. Including all of the crap on History, etc. (Pawn Stars, Swamp Loggers...stupid crap like that killed the good programming
on all of them channels.)
No special order:
Mila Kunis
Jordana Brewster
Anne Hathaway
Chely Wright
Shania
Cristina Scabbia
Kate Upton
Danica Patrick
Arielle Kebbel
Jessica Alba
Eyes usually.......unless she's naked the first time I see her. Then it's kinda hard to concentrate.
I wouldn't be against trying, although so much has changed since I was that age....it might be hard to get on the same page in both people's minds.
Who knows, it could turn out to be fun and really worth it.
