Have never and will never understand men who don't like to eat pussy. It is one of the most incredible things in the world. Cannot get enough of it.

Hm. Vibrators are fun and feel nice, but haven't helped with orgasms or their intensity. Have got a wonderful prostate massager though, which massages the perineum and presses up against the prostate nicely as well and brings on such intense orgasms. I mean... "holy shit" intense. So I tend to use that as I very slowly build up and then edge myself for quite a while. Even the sensation of playing becomes more than fantastic. I feel insanely turned on, can feel my prostate being very pleasantly stimulated, my balls get insanely tight and I can hold myself at the edge for a longer period... On top of that I have much harder erections while doing so. My last GF even said that my cock swells up much more.

Couldn't recommend it enough. Especially if you're using one while getting a BJ. That feels otherwordly.

Have a few butt plugs and a prostate massager. Can't really remember how it came about, think I just got curious. My last GF really liked to use her finger/mouth/tongue on, or should I say in, my ass and it felt fantastic. Even tried using the toys together which was great as well. Use them fairly often on myself and the orgasms are usually way more intense than anything without. Don't think I'd be into pegging tho.

A little late to the conversation, but still.

If you've still not tried anything, I recommend starting of with a starter pack with different sizes. You'll need to stretch yourself out a bit, which you should definitely do gradually and patiently. Like cordite already said, I recommend toys made of silicone - if possible medical grade. On top of that you'll need a good anal lube, because you'll need lots of lubrication to get it in and especially if you intend on keeping it in for a while.

If you've already done some stretching you could try something along the lines of Fun Factory's Boosty. I've had it for a year or so and it's fantastic. When I use it and play for a prolonged time my orgasms are incredible - I've not experienced such intensity when "just" playing. It is fairly thick, but you can get it in with no real problems if you do it patiently. And it feels great when inside. You could easily use it while having sex as well.

The other thing you should definitely look for is that it stays in by itself. My Boosty for example is perfect in that regard. Got a Rocks off Rude Boy prostate massager as well, which hits the spot quite nicely and has lots of vibration settings (think it's around 7 or 8), but won't stay in by itself for the life of me... which is quite annoying.

Hope I've helped in any way. :-)

Currently I'm taking multi vitamin, mineral and herb tablets, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and L glutamine in powder form for my immune system and recovery after training.

8 hours seems to be my sweet spot. Maybe an extra hour if I'm really training hard.

I love both. But it does depend on my mood though - which one I prefer in a particular situation (captain obvious).

This is an interesting topic. One of my ex girlfriends was right up this alley. She thought her boobs were too small, with which I totally disagreed. I wouldn't reject nor force my partner. The main point for me is that a woman feels satisfied with her own body. I have nothing against plastic surgery, nor in this case breast enlargement, until it doesn't go into extremes. I may be disappointed (this may be a bit to strong of a word) if she changed them at first (because she even felt the need), but it's really her choice and not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things... fake or natural, it doesn't really matter. I'm not dating her boobs, but her.

Like many before have said. Combining different areas - eating healthy, exercising and trying not to worry about it.

Regarding food, I try to eat balanced meals, usually 5times per day. No sodas, juices, and so on. My exercise includes going to the gym (5 times per week, if I'm not too busy, other wise every other day) and yoga. The latter helps much more than you would imagine. Especially for your "inner peace" (I understand "fit" as having a healthy body, as well as a healthy mind).

But mostly, having fun with what you are doing. Otherwise it really is pointless.

I think Knickerbocker7 said it well. Would like to add a couple of things though.

Firstly, if you're going to drink green tea, don't buy tea bags. Buy quality green tea. You have a great number of choices at your disposal. And try to buy something vacuum packed, because it otherwise oxidises and loses it's effectiveness. And please don't use a general rule like 3minutes for brewing. Every tea is different (some require boiling water, others just below, some 1min, other 2, etc).

I cannot stress the importance of breakfast enough. It doesn't just wake up your body, but also keeps it burning more calories over the whole day, than you otherwise would. What kind is up to you and there lots of articles with more detailed explanations and suggestions (seeing as you're into fitness you could visit bodybuilding.com, cutandjacked.com, simplyshredded.com, etc). If this is a problem for you, you could start with a glass of orange juice or something similar and slowly build up to a proper breakfast.

Exercise is a must, but don't overdo it. Over training is a very bad thing, as it does more damage than good (longer recovery times, more likely to injure yourself, etc). It's best to combine different types, like knicker said. And when you're weight or resistance training, don't forget to train your legs. This will get your metabolism going faster and for a longer period of time, than training other parts of the body. Plus, don't neglect your core (abdominals and lower back).

Water + green tea is a winning combination. Try not to drink juices and similar crap.. most of people don't realize just how bad they really are. Natural juices are another thing, but you still shouldn't overkill, as they are high in sugars.

And if you have a sweet tooth, try switching to dark chocolate (has many more oxidants, much less sugar, so it doesn't cause your body to produce more insulin, is good for your brain, and you can hardly eat as much of it).

Mostly, do it one step at a time. If you try everything at once, you are most probably going to fail.

And people should stop using the word "diet" in that context. It refers to the way we eat, not the way to lose weight (diet =/= weight loss diet). I should also point out that dieting to lose weight doesn't work. Yes, you can lose weight, but not necessarily fat (usually you lose water and your muscle energy reserves, next the body starts losing muscle, builds up on fat reserves..) + almost everyone than falls back into their old habits and ends up gaining more weight than they lost.

Good luck! :-)

@eiffel2007: very well put.

I am android user as well. I think that in regards to some things, Apple has done some things much better, mostly regarding the hardware and software connection. But is really too restrictive and not innovative enough. So overall I choose android. Currently on the original Galaxy S, but intend on switching phones at the end of the year. Really hoping the new Galaxy Nexus doesn't disappoint, when it eventually arrives. Also looking at the S3 and One X. In any case my next phone will be running cyanogenmod 10. ^^
