I've spent most of my life cooking my way through Western America. I stopped in Wisconsin for and bit and unexpectedly found the love of my life. My Muse and my true North.

I have finally reached a place in my career were the 12 hour 7 day a week shifts are no longer necessary and have begun to enter the world again. I am thrilled with finally getting to take my wife out and spend time enjoying our life together
