Hello. 2 questions: Is there a limit on time or word count now on private messages in chat? I’ve had to restart a few recently. Also - I too see missing names in the active list for chat rooms - and I’m told mine is sometimes missing as well. What’s this about?

Previously to set up a private chat room for myself and a nonpaying member was quite easy. It seems now that once I set it up the no paying member cannot see the new room. Is this a system bug or is there a procedure for them to see it?
