Is there a way to give an unbiased description of myself? I am probably not as smart as I think I should be. I try to be honest with myself about myself. Also, I give my honest opinion to others. Combine this with a lack of social skills, the fact that I don't stay in touch with friends the way I should, and a love of quiet solitude You realize that I don't have a huge social network. I don't care! I try to live ethically (note not morally)and consistently. Sometimes I feel like I succeed! I have rambled for a while now...
I have one son and one foster son. Both have special needs. My wonderful wife is a nurse who gives too much of herself. That is it - otherwise I will be airing my problems here.

Interests
Being a good father is number one. I am a home owner. So I have that responsibility as well. Besides that I love natural beauty. The things of nature that are intrinsically beautiful in form because of function.

Favorite Books
I find that light reading (Fantasy and Science Fiction) is what I like best. I have been revisiting The Belgariad by Eddings and other books that I have stored in boxes in the basement.
