Drinks on me today! I finally got my older daughter to select the flowers for her wedding (it was like pulling teeth) so I can sign that contract, pay the florist, and check that off my list!

Rumor has it that the younger daughter will be getting a proposal soon. 😉 I hope his definition of soon is someone close to mine, I’m busting at the seems with excitement and can’t say a damn thing to anyone IRL.

Gonna try to have part two of The Last Dance ready to submit before we set sail. Not sure if I will have access on the ship or not. Previous cruises it’s been a no, but then those were Disney cruises and this one is not.

Hope everyone is doing well and has fun plans for the weekend.

Kat, It’s great that the oldest decided on the flowers as you don’t need a

“bridezilla” even if it’s your own daughter. Fingers cross on the youngest getting a proposal. It wonderful that she mentioned it to you as she needed her mom to know. Now, the firewalls on ship’s has prevented access to this site. I remember getting a “Word” email from you one time so I wouldn’t miss a chapter. Bon Voyage and enjoy your cruise.

By chance is there any of the Coffee Cake leftover from the other day???🙄. My Post Surgery visit yesterday went great. The 1-1/2 drive there for a 15 minute visit wasn’t too bad as we did get some other shopping done. Looking forward to seeing those Comp stories from you wonderful authors. Evening all, What I thought was Food Poisoning after 2 days turned out to be an infected appendix. So a trip to local ER hospital for tests and then an 90 mile ambulance ride to another hospital for emergency surgery. From the time we arrived I was out of surgery and in my room 2 hours later. No alcohol allowed while on Antibiotics so how about a glass of water with glacier ice from Bear’s country. Night all.

Morning all! A cup of Bertha’s best brewed by a Remarkable Bear! I’ll sit other in a corner as I try to catch up on things after being down in Tampa. We had a wonderful time where it was beautiful and warmer than back in Nebraska with snow. The surprise was that that most of the snow had melted while we were gone. It’s teasing us to think that spring is here when I know better. So Thank you for your hospitality as always. Kat’s quickie stories are worth reading and Kimmie has another wonderful story. Hopeful that her and Bear are getting closer to part 2 of their collaboration. Later… as I enjoy this coffee.
