I believe I can post this here, because I would not call it a competing site...they certainly do not post all submissions, and they do pay...if only three bucks per story...and they accept previously published stuff...so, if you have a story posted here on this fine site known as Lush, and feel like making a few dollars...OK, pocket change...I say go for it...
And there are reasons to sell stories other than the big three bucks they drop in your PayPal account...it always looks good for an author if they can say they actually got paid for a story...the fact is, about 99.999% of people who write will never make a dime...
Btw, they buy stories under 2k words...and they only want stuff that would be considered "vanilla"...no S & M, bondage, fresh ginger, inflatable barnyard animals, midget tossing gang bangs...you get the idea...
Anyway...they really are almost desperate to put money in your pocket...here is a message I got from the owner, and my response...you can see how badly they really want to pay you...if you just send in your stuff...

Hey Jennifer...I appreciate your concern, and if I can be frank, I think at times the quality of some of the posts have suffered in recent months...
Is there any way you could up the word count limit to 2500? I have a few I could send you that you may like...I know Natasha Brooks over on Bare Back did that, and I was able to send her a lot more...
Just something to consider...I have a few good stories that just cross the 2k mark, and I've sent you all that I have under 2k...
I haven't been writing erotica much these days...doing a bit better in the non-erotic world, but that's another story...
Again, something to consider...let me know...

Thanks so much for your feedback. I have to agree that some of the posts recently haven't been up to par -- the pickings have been slim and so that is the result. I think I will talk to my team about increasing the word count -- I'm sure we'll still get our share of shorter stories so it won't be every night that we publish a long-er story... I'll keep you up to date.
