Crazy! It was cool, gray and drizzly on Saturday, warm* sunny and perfect on Sunday, and again on Monday, and now its windy, cold and sunny on Tuesday.

Technically, if the weather is cloudy/foggy it's likely to be dark too, even in the afternoon. So yeah, 'dark' could be a way to describe the weather.
