Really, people are not banned for doing "nuthin'" ... they (he/she) had had to have discussed one of the three disallowed topics.

We don't take banning someone lightly, it's normally for something pretty awful. The member is given a reason in 90% of the cases, unless it's something so blatant I don't bother.

I don't think it will even make it this far because I'm pretty certain that this "upstanding individual" is going to have a difficult time finding a lawyer willing to represent him. But I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall when he tries.
