I play drums. In college 5 girls formed a band and we actually got paid enough to buy pizza and beer on Friday nights. Yep, we were that good lol
I play trumpet, violin, and my personal favorite, the skin flute.
Piano lessons since age five
Guitar, I know 8 cords which is enough to play every Beatles song twice!
Violin, viola and saxophone.
I played violin for about ten years but haven't touched mine for at least ten years. She hasn't even been out the case. I remember the fingerings but it would sound bloody awful now I'm sure.
I only played viola for about a year and probably couldn't even read the clef these days.
I came to saxophone later than the others and found it to be my true musical passion. I went from no experience to taking my grade 7 within 2 years which ain't bad. I have a sax in the wardrobe at home but we live in a cluster home and my neighbours would not appreciate it so I haven't played for around six years. I really need to get it out though. It was always such an excellent form of stress relief.
Yes, I play the piano. I don't practice as as often as I would like. Here's why:
We have the popular "open concept" floor plan, that means when I practice my practice can be heard over much of the house.
When I was a kid, I didn't live in an "open concept" home. I could close the door to kitchen and
play the same songs several times over (because that is what you do when you practice) and not bother anyone.
Just an BTW, at one point one in 300 homes had a piano, (great-grandfather was a piano tuner). Now
it is about one in 750.
Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Uke, some Keyboards, Sax, Flute, Harmonica, and I sing. I was once good enough to tour with a band (75-77). Now it is mostly for me and my grandkids.
There are times she is kneeling out of obedience, reverence and respect. Those are the times it is okay to stand above her. But when she is kneeling because the weight of the world is just too heavy to bear … that is when You should be kneeling beside her.
I did play the piano, but I haven't touched one in a while. I shudder to think what it would sound like if I did play again, actually.
I play guitar, on and off for close to 40 years.. I'm not playing right now, currently have some sort of hand injury...
I play guitar. Every day, regardless. I'm not great but I am pretty damned good.
It's the only thing I may think about as much as sex...
Very nice Beffer, what kind of music do you play?
I'm a fucking demon on the triangle.

I've played music of one kind or another since I was 7. My first instrument was accordion, followed by several brass instruments in middle and high school bands. As a young adult, I did a singer/songwriter thing for several years in Austin, and have been music director for several small churches around the US. Ihave also recently suffered a hand injury, so I'm in the process of learning to play slide guitar.
Drums and harmonica a long time ago and no, not at the same time. Now?...mostly Spotify.
...but you know what they say about drummers, they never die, cause the beat goes on...
Drums , all and every.
Flute and quite a few brass instruments
I’ve been playing the drums since I was five. As kids my siblings and I were all encouraged to play musical instruments. My mom revealed to me that I started by beating a wooden spoon on her pots and pans when I was 18 months old. Guess I started at an early age. Oh and I sing too. Church and high school choirs.
I tried a Fender Jazz bass, an old oboe and a few other instruments I was never any good at.
I'm pretty good with the harmonica, although I've never played on stage. I learned from listening to Paul Butterfield. David Clayton Thomas encouraged me. I would jam with him when he practised.
