I miss the evenings my daughter and I shared over coffee at Starbucks. Having her home all the time and the randomness of being able to go off somewhere at any time. I think we all miss many past places we have been and people we have lost touch with. My Golden Retriever Cairo was my best buddy and running partner for years. I miss the swoosh of her tail waking me up every morning at 5 am...lol.
But most importantly I miss both of my parents who I lost in the last 4 yrs. I will never forget holding my mom's hand in the hospital when she passed, just her and I together in the dark. A special moment for sure.
