Working long hours at a thankless job. Staring out a large set of windows and sliding doors at the ignorant, cheap, degraded and greedy masses of people that I am forced to cater to.
just irritating after a Sunday!!!
I've never been a clock watcher or a TGIF'er so they meant little. Now I own a small store and I take Mondays and Tuesdays off. I guess I am a TGIF'er now. Only it should be TGIS'er now.
I am always a gentleman.
I used to dread them but now I have retired they make me happy knowing I don't have to get up at 5am and go to work.
I agree. Its a new week of new opportunities.

Having the office all to myself for couple of hours first thing in the morning to great and read my Lucy's posts on lush.
When I used to work for someone else I hated them. Now, I love them.

Just another day to me.
On one hand disappointment that the weekend fun is over but to be honest, usually thew excitement that I can get back to work on the book I happen to be writing at the time.
That's the beauty of not currently having a M-F 9-5 job lol. Half of my Mondays I have off so woo!

A new week to start off together
a new start to a glorious week!
Mondays are always my worst day. I'm always tired, crabby and in a bad mood.
I look forward to Mondays, i love what I do for work and never get bored, nor resentful of my profession.

Mondays tell me that Tuesdays are nearby, counting down the hours
First early morning run of the week. Too much time on the phone. Chaos. Lunch with buddies. Gym after work. Usally wife's night to cook supper (actually only night to do that.)
new beginnings!!

hahaha, of course not! usually that means dark circle around my eyes, but mani/pedi and other beauty stuff is done, without that it would be just dark circles around my eyes, because of lack of sleeping - you know, it takes time to maintain yourself ;)
It means getting back to the rat-race of school work and other work *sigh*
That it's time for a long ass week
I just hate sundays.
Mondays mean getting back to my projects to work on them....and pretty much doing it alone.
I grew up with Garfield comics, so I've been indoctrinated into hating Mondays with the rest of you.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill.
Just another day..
