I wouldn't wish for happiness because I have found happiness is a matter of attitude so why wish for something I already have the power to have?
I wouldn't wish for money because everybody I have seen with lots of money only seem to want more money. A dollar is too much but a billion dollars isn't enough.
I wouldn't wish for love. I have found my dream girls twice in my life and both times each woman became crazy with her own drama tried to suck me into her self made misery.
Would I wish for good health? If I stayed healthy that would mean I would have to die in some sort of accident because we all must go at some time. In case you haven't noticed in our world life thrives on death and life would be static without death.
If I wished to be able to feed the world then what would happen to the world? I know it sucks that there are starving people in the world but what would happen if we could produce enough food to feed everybody regardless of the size of the population? This world would become a living hell for all instead of just for those without enough.
There was a man just before World War I that figured out how to make ammonia from the nitrogen in our atmosphere. This enabled the making of fertilizers to grow more food. Look how the population has grown since then. This same man also figured out how to make chlorine gas for the gas attacks used in World War I. He also made a pesticide gas that was used in World War II by the Nazis to kill Jews. Ironically enough this man was a German Jew.
The only wishes worth the price that will be paid are the wishes that you make come true through your own hard work and determination.

I would not wish for unlimited wealth, but enough money to allow me to live comfortably and afford decent medical care, plus do some traveling from time to time. In addition, I would like it to be enough money so I could help several family members and friends who are struggling to not have to worry about things like money anymore.

That would depend upon how many wishes one gets. If was just one, I'd have to be selfish and wish to be the richest man in the world. Once that happened, then I can do things to help others.
