Hey Lush guys and dolls I have a question for all of you.

We all talk about our greatest accomplishments but......what about our biggest failures?

I'll go first.

I recently started my first semester of LPN school (that's licensed practical nurse if you are unfamiliar with the lingo) and was doing fine......until the finals. Our college here has a strict policy of passing with a 76. Nothing lower will be accepted.

Needless to say, I missed one of my finals by 1.5 points.

I went through all the emotions.....sadness, anger, feeling like a failure and the biggest.....disappointment.

Now I have to wait until August to take the one class that I didn't pass the final in, and then start the program full time in January 2017. Seems like eons away.

So tell me........

What is your biggest failure?

I have two huge failures... After spending 6 years getting a master's degree in my field, I ruined a career in my chosen profession at age 28 after a personal scandal I was involved in at age 24 finally caught up with me, leaving me unemployable.

Before that, I allowed family turmoil in my teens to demoralize me to the point I developed anorexia, anxiety disorder, and got hooked on barbiturates, until I finally had to seek therapy when I hit bottom after a sexual assault.

lots of things just didn't work out. relationships, an engagement, pick up games of b-ball, but i don't feel like i've actually ever failed anything. pretty sure i don't like that word, honestly. imo, none of you are failures (except Kiera - i mean, really, even a 5 yo can cook a pizza without burning it. sad. very sad). personally, i like 'regrets' instead of 'failures'.

Soberly speaking, my biggest failure is not parasailing in Mexico when I had the chance! No, that's a regret....and not even in the top ten..I need a drink

Now, if we're talking regrets....once at a company christmas party I got so drunk that I started to take all my clothes off....oh.....my

Mine too.

I have so much problems making good friends and have a partner is worst. I have so many regrets, as Sprite called them, but think my biggest one is being virgin at my age

Losing the spelling bee in second grade. Over confident in my skills, barely studied, and got chopped down by being off 1 letter. A lesson that has been branded into my soul ever since.

I wish I applied myself in high school. If I did I might have went to college to be a nurse.

My dream was always to be a surgical nurse. I didn't really pay attention back then.

Now I'm too old and don't have the attention now.
