Do you have a regular routine when you sign on Lush? Do you check things in a certain order or look at specific threads/posts?
Me:
Check latest view count on stories published.
Note my highest viewed story has almost 15,000 views.
Do the math and realize story will become Famous in 2117. Enjoy brief moment of satisfaction.
Check my friends posts to see if they posted anything funny. Mostly not.
Check to see the new posts on my wall. There aren't any.
Check to see how many new emails I have. Zero.
Contemplate deleting all my friends and starting over, possibly as a female, 23 year old nymphomaniac who loves anal.
Decide it would be a nice gesture to post on the walls of my friends. Begin image search on internet, quickly lose myself in a labyrinth of pornographic images completely forgetting my original objective.
Realize i need to raise my profile on Lush. Decide a story would be a good idea.
Begin writing story. Write 3 sentences and give up.
Read browncoffee's latest story for inspiration. Smash traitorous keyboard that is responsible for my comparative lack of talent.
Briefly startled when a friend pokes me. By the time i gather my wits the black box disappears and i have no clue who poked me.
Sigh.
Fix keyboard.
Send long, rambling email begging Sprite to sell me her panties. Sprite immediately blocks me and reports me to admin.
Post several brilliantly funny posts in Forums that amuse no one but myself.
Congratulate self on another fulfilling and satisfying day.
Check any waiting messages.
Check my timeline.
Check My Stories to see if any stories not already famous are at risk of becoming famous (Pastor's Secret is the closest right now at c. 21,000 views)
Debate hiding or deleting anything with less than 10,000 views. Reduce that number to 5000 when I realize a couple personal favorites might be affected. Give up entirely and leave them all up.
Browse through Active Topics for threads that look interesting.
Go to Rump's and drink myself into a stupor.
log on...
- take a quick look at my BBs, sort by: order of importance and urgency, then ignore any not from Jen.
- look through PMs, answer anything that has to do with site/member issues. sigh a lot. go grab some water. go grab some aspirin. go grab a bottle of beer. go grab my bong. swear a lot.
- go deal with the BBs that have piled up while going through my mail. Delete any from LYFBUZ or Nicola.
- BB Nicola and tell her i lost all her BBs and to resend them.
- go to the story mod forum, check for issues, solve them. Yell at lazy mods. threaten to quit. Stare at FirstBlush's avatar for several minutes and drool.
- go the the main moderation forum, check for issues, solve them. get another beer. repack the bong. yell at kitty who is climbing the drapes again.
- go to think tank, sigh a lot. write several incredibly rude posts, delete them all.
- go to Rumples. Tease Hannah and Furball.
- BB Jen. Have a quickie if she's in the mood.
- Send LYFBUZ nudes and ask him if i look like i put on a couple of pounds.
- Suspend LYFBUZ for being truthful
- Harass Liz about technical problems i know nothing about
- go thru the stories in the que, delete any that start with the letters M,B,or J. reject 3 random stories with the reason "this sucks. don't want to see it until it sucks less."
- verify one random story just because i like the title.
- log off.
You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

- Respond to any BB pokes (poke back)
- Respond to any BB messages, assuming I have anything to say
- Check timeline for wall posts and forum responses
- Check friend activity to see if there is anything new going on
- Check messages, responding later
- Take a look at the new stories. Add a few to reading queue. Read none of them.
- Spend some time in the forums, reading more posts than actually posting
...and from there it depends on my mood, who is online, and how much time I have on my hands
I can’t think of a good tagline so this will have to do. Suggest a better one for me?
Read through all the BBs I find, then open another Lush tab so I can navigate the site without losing my BB messages on the 1st tab.
Look at the newsfeed to see what my friends have been posting in the forums.
Look through the forums for new threads, or for replies to answers I left the last time I was on.
Gradually reply to my BBs when I finally think of something clever to say.
Scroll through the new comments on my wall and wonder why everyone can find better comments than I can.
Change my avatar
Finally notice I have PMs and open a 3rd Lush tab to answer them.
Look in vain for images on Google to return wall comments my friends might like.
Crop or resize images I find so they'll load okay in friends' comment boxes.
Abruptly close my laptop lid when Michelle pops into my office and catches me fooling around online instead of working.
Update as routine has changed.

Typically when I logon:
> Check and respond to messages;
> Check who of my friends are online for chat potential;
> Spend dedicated time browsing "Members Currently Online", actually read (yes I do) profiles of gals and couples of interest, peruse the pics they or friends have posted on their profile, send invites to those I'd like to connect with, or message to those who want to get familiar before connecting;
> Peruse the chat rooms for sexy pics and who's in there of interest;
> Check my timeline and friends activity to see what others have been up to;
> Read a story or two if feeling like it (chatting and fun play with others typically seems to crowd out my reading time);
> Chit-chat with several friends online, catch up;
> Typically have a deep chat with someone, that often leads to naughty play time;
> Sign off and go to bed way later than I should have.
