I am strangely comforted by this thread. Safe in the knowledge that there are, in fact, other people out there who wonder and speculate about things that "normal" people with no sense of the ridiculous would dismiss out of hand as soon as such things came to mind....
I wonder if setting up a "Fred Watch" system would be a good idea? If only to see if there is a pattern to his movements? We may be able to establish a continent of origin at least?

Guest is everywhere. I went to Wal-Mart today and everywhere I looked, there was Guest. I went to the mall later, and whoe was there? Guest was everywhere. We went out for dinner later and Guest say next to us. Everywhere I looked, nameless people. But I think I finally lost them. It looks like I am the only one here.

When I posted this thread, I thought everybody would be all, WTF? and ignore it. But obviously, everybody is as mental as I am, and there is a Fred epidemic!
I must also point out that Fred is definitely a Fred. I do believe we each have our own Fred, but different, and some of them are George, and some of them Jeff, and some of them might be Bob (although Bob is what I call all the fish I catch, so I don't think that can be right).
So come on, everybody! Name your Guest, because there is power in knowing a name, and then when the little freak stalks you, you can be all, "Oh, it's just Fred/Whatever". Or... y'know... don't.
With regards to "18 viewing", maybe Fred has multiple mirrors in the room, so it looks like more than one person, but really, it is just Fred?
