I have to say that I normally find piercings and tats a turn off, but I've seen tats that actually looked good on the body they were on so I'm not going to go blanket on that. Piercings, yes, they are a turn off because they trigger my own sensitivity about pain but tats depend on the tat and the person.
Biggest turnoffs for me tend to be attitude things, really. Showing that you're clearly not into what's happening or dissing other people or talking about things that have nothing to do with the moment. Those sorts of things.
