I have been thinking about asking this for some time (I have been a member here before) and have dabbled writing erotic fiction as well as frequenting chat rooms. I thought first about asking this question in a poll, but then thought it might be nicer to ask with a free response. So, here goes ..
What is your main motivation for coming to LushStories?
Is it to share and publish your stories?
Is it to read erotica?
Is it to go in the chat rooms for general socialisation?
Is it to 'hook up' in some way for some interactive sexual encounter?
Or is is something else?
If, in the deep and distant past this question has been asked; I would love someone to point me in the right direction with regard to the forum post with some answers!

I honestly joined to chat in the rooms then began to play in the forums.
I rarely read erotica but when I do it's to rate and comment.
Chatting w/ members is a plus but not necessary.
Oh, and I enjoy helping users navigate the site too.

I came here because someone I fell in love with on blue was here too, and in the beginning that was all there was too it. When friends of mine on stories space became enemies of each other I sort of withdrew there an became more focused on Lush. Dabbled a little in erotic poetry, but until a couple of days ago, I never managed to get a story worth publishing together. Tried the chat rooms, but found that wasn't my thing. In the forum however I did feel at home and I've been an enthusiastic participant since. I've grown to love the community here and I feel very much at home in it. It is that community and the love in it, that keeps me here, and I believe it will for as long as I can imagine.
