i intend to do more.. i have time on my side..

I work in theatre, its fun and exciting sometimes meeting A-list actors. I don't get to be as creative as I would like so that part doesn't make me happy, that's why I have so many outside interests, including writing, that fulfill my needs.
I build roller coasters for a living. Tons of travel ( that's how I found lush ) pay is crappy but I have to do what it takes to pay the bill. But I do like the work I do

I teach 30 fourth graders how to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
musician- most times it's alright except sometimes people forget there's notes involved. And I really don't like playing to a bunch of drunks or people totally wasted. I can earn as much as I want to. Which is ok.
Pharmacy tech going on 11 years and love it. I've been in both hospital and retail. I love the retail side, most of the time. People can be harsh, but I just take it in stride, they are sick after all.
...I thought that maybe a new life, a different life, wouldn’t be so bad. But where the hell did I put the receipt, and could you return something that was over twenty years old? Where do you go to get a new life when your old one has you so puzzled you don’t know how to fix it? Wish I knew.

I'm an industrial buildings contracts manager for a small family firm. My job is excellent, love going to work and the people I work with. The pay is irrelevant, I could always do with more, but if I was to earn more, I would only spend more.
Self employed consultant - Real Estate Development & Environmental Design. Yes, I like it, it can be very challenging at times but I enjoy doing design work as well as having to work with numbers and also doing research. Yes, I enjoy the earnings also ... but at times it can suck when having to wait for some clients (developers) 30 to 60 days to get paid. Being able to work from home enables me to come to work in my undies or Al-Natural most of the time. when I feel like doing so ... as well as enjoying a glass of wine while working.
Retired professional fire fighter. Now I negotiate collective bargaining contracts and handle arbitrations for union fire fighters.
I am a medical secretary working in a one doctor office, slower than I am used to, I work 4 10 hour days so get a 3 day weekend every weekend which is great. I wouldn't say I am happy because I do have to deal with people wanting everything now now now, I know they are sick but how many appointments do they think there are in a day.
I work part time (16-20 hours a week) at Starbucks and study at University training to be a Nurse Practitioner. I wouldn't say I'm happy with my situation, but then again I wouldn't say I'm unhappy, I'm content. I feel as though my hard-work now will be worth it in the end - sort of working towards my happiness if that makes sense.
