I believe that. Whenever I'm hungover, I like to eat a big greasy breakfast of bacon and hard fried eggs and toast.

I don't drink much anymore, but when I did drink I found that a glass of water before bed seemed to avoid the hangover. But the greasy breakfast with a breakfast beer was a good second option.

My girlfriends and I still felt the need to keep drinking so we started on the Remy Martin shots, and when we finished that one we started taking shots of Buchanan’s--- now that one fucked me up! I thank god to this day that we were only girls that day, and we were drinking in the privacy of a friends home, I threw up all over the place, so did my friends, but the next day we got up early showered, cleaned up the house, and went to the pool to relax.. I was once talked into trying Menudo on the back end of a night of drinking...I couldn't hang. Not for me.
I'll stick with 3 advil and 2 glasses of water.
