I don't drink much anymore, but when I did drink I found that a glass of water before bed seemed to avoid the hangover. But the greasy breakfast with a breakfast beer was a good second option.

Ok I was blessed with the ability to not have a hang over, no matter what I drink. My girlfriends and I still felt the need to keep drinking so we started on the Remy Martin shots, and when we finished that one we started taking shots of Buchanan’s--- now that one fucked me up! I was once talked into trying Menudo on the back end of a night of drinking...I couldn't hang. Not for me.
I'll stick with 3 advil and 2 glasses of water.
