Another fear of mine (other than spiders) is deep, open water. The idea of all that wide open space and what's lurking beneath freaks me out just a little bit.

but actually, my fears are:

Acrophobia- Fear of heights
Bathophobia- Fear of depth.

So, you won't find me on a tall building without a harness (or Batman), nor doing any glacier walks where there are those crevasses without bottoms ... YIKES!! my palms sweat at the thought of either! oh dear .....

my fears are spiders, snakes, heights and the absolute worst.......... shots/IVs/blood draws. i can get tattoos and piercings but shots of anny sort i flip out like a little kid.

I think that is called having-a-lot-of-common-sense-and-not-wanting-to-perpetuate-that-crap-and-survive-at-the-same-time.

There was a place and time where I was listening to a discussion by a couple of guys who favored straight razors for self defense and outright aggression. They talked about cutting people, like in "I'm going to cut that mother fucker". The imagery is terrible, very disturbing. I don't walk in these circles, but I have been to the boundary on occasion.
