I read French, and can speak some as well; however I'd choose Latin, although its not really spoken, it can be.
Ancient Egyptian. . .hands down.
French
I have always liked the language .
Hebrew or Latin

Phrase would be: "I've always loved the way you smile"
I like the way you make me feel even when I'm nowhere near...
German and/or Spanish - seem to be fairly common in this part of the World (Europe)

Spanish, definitely. Being a So Cal girl, it's almost a necessity, but I'd also love the sound of it. I can understand some, speak 'muy poco.'

I have three famous stories, 2 recommended reads and have come in the top ten in two competitions~ Come in and make yourself at home.

Russian, though I'm told that Serbian is a beautiful Slavic language too. Oh, and Klingon, just not like they speak it on Star Trek Discovery. Those klingons speak like they're deaf.

Oh, hell yes! I'd love to speak Klingon. The nerd in me got all excited at the idea, lol! (No, I'm serious, this is not a joke or an attempt of humor of any kind)

german. my biggest regret was not going through with it in high school - despite taking it in elementary while attending school overseas. i think i would have fared much better with it than spanish.

Say. Her. Name.

I know a woman who speaks a fair bit of Klingon. While it's far from a sexy/romantic language, the nerdiness of it sure added to her sex-appeal.

Warum lernst du kein Niederländisch? Es ist ein bisschen wie eine anglisierte Version von Deutsch (oder: nicht so streng) ;)

Dialect? No, it's the mixed love baby of Northeastern European languages.

Which one? Algonquin, Cherokee, Lakota, Ojibwe... There are scores (and some that are lost, too).
Old Gaelic, the language of my ancestors and the Old Gods of Ireland. I understand it's wickedly difficult to learn, so being able to skip that process has substantial appeal.

I had a (now-deceased sad ) friend translate one phrase for me: "Do not falter." In Old Gaelic, it's "Na bain tuisle." Pronounced something like "na banh (kind of a nasal "n") tewshla."
Dammit. Looking above, I see a reference to Klingon. It didn't occur to me that we could pick fictional ones. Now I'm tempted to go to one of Tolkein's Elvish ones...

"speaked"? Sounds like a Dutch person speaking English indeed

Your translation was good, until you missed "strict" at the end (and "English" should've been "anglicized"). But in all honesty: I did use Google, as my German is not all that good ;)

Spanish...it seems like that would be the most practical these days.
