Carry Wells, in the show, Unforgettable, can literally remember everything. Would you wanna try and remember one specific day twenty years ago? Or would there be too many bad memories, and not be worth it? I don't know honestly, I guess I'd have to try it first, and then make my decision.
I would think not, I have a great memory as it is but there is just somethings that are best forgotten. So for that reason I say no however there are some things I wish I could remember, damn tough choice.
I have a lot of bad memories, but I'd still say yes. I can't really forget a whole lot of the bad, so to remember the good would be awesome. I think it would be pretty cool to remember everything. I think I have a fairly good memory as it is.
I remember my yesterdays,
like my mother's home cooking.
I can see my mom's smile,
and all the while giving her love.
That is what I called blessed...
my mom's goodness chest.
"Love you mom."
There's the ability to remember everything, and there's active recall. If you _can_ remember everything, that doesn't mean you have to recall everything. I'd say yes.
I would have to say yes. I tend to keep "bad memories" even when I try to forget them, and dwell on the negative. So I would hope to have better recollection of the"good". Plus I suck at remembering names lol
At first glance I thought well yes why wouldn't you want to remember everything but I do agree that there are probably a lot of things that a lot of us don't want to remember. Great question. Makes you think.
Sure, I'd love to be able to remember absolutely everything. All I've got left up there now is a string of hookers and an AC/DC concert.
Seriously, all the traumas of my life are already permanently imprinted in my brain. It's not like I relive them...anymore. It's the good stuff that's harder to hold on to. I'd love to have the power to recall anything at will.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill.
