Hmmm, English, Hebrew, Yiddish (I'm Jewish), German, Spanish, Chinese, and a bit of Russian. That would be seven. I can count to 199 in about three more languages though. Two...Deutsch (I hate it when people think Deutsch and Dutch are the same) and English...Well, Not really English. More along the line of American (Lived over half my life in the States).
