I personally would head to the bigger cities. hide out in the hole in the wall motel until i was able to hop passage out of the country. Id try and land somewhere in Africa or Eastern Europe.

The best place to hide is in plain sight, right under their surveillance cameras. The US government agencies are so jacked up and uncommunicative, as an agency 'they' wouldn't know how to find you or where to begin to look. You'd really have to piss on someone's Post Toasties, a really upset or determined investigator, for instance - to have resources devoted to finding you.

If I were wishing to be off the radar, I definitely wouldn't defiantly do anything, anywhere.
Cow comes to mind. I would cow/subdue/restrain my every public appearance so as to not be noticed unnecessarily. (And not pack my rectum with 25 pounds of saran wrapped cocaine)
Except on Friday and Saturday nights, when I would cut loose with some ripple, on the enclosed patio of my flat. My headphones on and the amplifier turned up to say, 6.5 volume. Probably be listening to some 80s hair-metal.
