I feel like a 14 year old boy asking this but i wanna be more confident in approaching guys.

I never have, ever but i know that the responsibility doesnt all fall on him to make the move, and I'm fed up of waiting around.

Soooo.... what do i do? I've been out before, eyeing a couple of guys up, wanting to their attention somehow but i dunno what to do or say!!
While women weary and wary of clods drooling over themselves oftentimes mean that men feel the need for a 'plan', most guys that I know would simply be flattered by the approach.

"Hi, I'm [MMonroe]. Mind if I sit with you?" should work just fine if the guy isn't an arrogant jerk or an a relationship with someone who would find him sitting with a strange woman grounds for battle.
I've speaking to alot of guy friends about this recently and they all say just go over and say hi and just be yourself. I'm getting more and more confident with it in my head but havent been able to put it into practice yet..... should have gone and spoken to that guy on Wednesday godammit
Really the going over and talking thing works...a great smile ..a hint of cleavage...try using a chat up line as an ice breaker and see if you can make him laugh
I hate seeing us guys having to do it all the time. If any guy ever tell you they weren't nervous about going up to girls at least at some point in their lives, they're lying, so it's not just you. But, I think finding some common topic to talk about helps break the ice quickly. Something simple, like books, or shows. Usually the place you're at can help give you ideas.

Yes Maam ,, What Loislane said ,, If you are afraid to put yourself out there ,, The man ,, or young man ,, will probably pass you by .
We are in a new age now ,, Women are expected to be more forward or aggessive than they were when I was real young.
I know I should be more confident, if any guy or girl came to me with the same problem I'd tell them to just get over it and do it!

Also I'm fine if i know the guy is interested in me, I can be flirty and confident til the cows come home, but its just the first step to finding out thats scary
I dont blame you MM, I dont go up to guys, Im WAY to shy for that,

What works for me is to 'get caught' staring at him too long. Usually if he is interested and available he will come over to you.
Let us know what happens MM. If you gather the courage to go up to someone.

What she said, PLUS a beaming smile. That will make the guy less wary of approaching you. Good luck.

Oh, I'll be the guy in the tan slacks by the bar eyeing you up.ruXoQiHPcpm2d0dk
