Never seen it happen. I have had a woman or two get very wet to the point of dripping while being fingered and/or eaten, but never literally "squirting" as I would think of it.
Of the 30+ girls/women I've had sex with, only one could squirt, so take that as a representative percentage if you like.

I actually bought a course on female ejaculation. Like any skill, you can learn how to do it just like keigals or having an orgasm. Which some women have not. That I can't fathom. I believe it is a lot more common than most people think. However, for most girls, it does not happen easily. It takes a lot of time and effort but almost more importantly it takes a huge amount of clitoral stimulation often beyond the point of multiple orgasms and even beyond that "stop, I can't take any more" point.
