There are a lot of deserts that would fall into that category. I will give you the last one. An old fashion blackberry cobbler with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. I think our friend has my mothers receipt for the cobbler. Also the ice cream does taste like it was homemade. Again just like the receipt my mother made when we were kids. We drove about 45 min. to a friend's restaurant out in the country yesterday after work for that desert and her white beans and fried chicken dinner.

I love fresh strawberry pie and key lime pie, but I've recently discovered an old Italian dessert: tortoni. It's delicious! It's very hard to find, except in big cities with a large population of Italians, so I've had to make it myself from scratch!

My brother makes an amazing pavlova, My mother makes a fabulous rum and fruit gingercake with custard. My families favourite overall is Cornish vanilla ice cream with hot melted Mars Bar chocolate sauce. My personal favourite, and least calorific, is what you ladies sit on.
