Magic Spoon protein cereal. Its like Fruit loops that are good for you. Stumble across this gluten-free treasure at a health food store, then found them cheaper at Walmart. Yum!

Back to my usual cereal with nuts and fruit after two weeks of cruise ship buffet breakfasts.

The same thing that I have most every morning, overnight oats made with protein powder topped with fresh blueberries, 1/2 a sliced banana, & crunchy protein granola. Oh yeah, & a big ole ice cold pint of 2% milk.

I am just having breakfast now at 3:26PM. Having a giant bowl of oatmeal with a diced nectarine and blueberries sprinkled with cinnamon.
