There's a Heston Blumenthal "recipe" somewhere, and I think he said the secret is to put the eggs into water that is on the stove and already boiling, and then to turn the heat off.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FOCACCIA BREAD! I do not cook, but the grocery store where I shop has an in-store bakery, and they make this fresh every day. I always get the cheese/jalapeno focaccia,
