hmmm I find the limit problematic.. I can see the utility to block spammers.. but then again.. once reported they are removed and the members remain with the limitation.
I would support removal of the limit or setting it higher (50) no real difference as far as spammers are concerns but will be helpful to members.
Some members do not like to “chat” so PMs can go back and forth all day and easily reach the limit.

Yeah I talk to a couple of those, and I’ve reached my limit more than once; often right after the conversations gets interesting.
I understand why there is a limit, I don’t like it --- but I understand…

How many is reasonable then? I thought 20 would be the max most people would ever send.
I know I normally send more emails than that in the first half hour of business in the morning, but that's a totally different scenario.

IMHO, once you start sending that many PMs in a day, you should resort to the two chat clients for convenience.

I use a few PM's everyday. And its not for lack of using the IM feature. Its just that the people that I am sending messages to are not on here at the same time that I am.

If your sending that many messages either you can't decide if you like the guy or woman ha ha or maybe it would be faster to get on the phone old fashioned way (and if he or she is local get a reduced phone bill), write a letter, you know stamps, air-mail hee hee or even maybe GET A ROOM ha ha
