I feel you Larry.... I thought we lived in the state of Kansas but we live in the state of Rejection

I just had a poem rejected due to "pattern" style. So I rewrote and now back waiting approval

But I do appreciate ALL that the mods do!! It is not an easy task (me alone being needy of help) that they do daily.

Are you interested, or just curious about the process?

Generally we look for people who are technically competent writers, are friendly, balanced, and are respectful of others in the forums and across the site. And they have to actually then say yes once identified and asked!

Often people who feel like they would enjoy it and fit the above criteria, put their hands up, and if no-one raises a red flag, we give them a trial.

The queue has halved since we started this thread. We're gradually whittling down the backlog.
